How to get a Lovable invoice

Opening the billing portal

1. Go to Workspace settings, then Plans & credit usage.
2. Select Manage on your plan card.
3. Select Invoices & payments. Lovable opens the Stripe billing portal.
4. Find the invoice or receipt and download it.

Plans & credit usage itself shows the upcoming invoice, payment history and billing information, which is useful for checking an amount before the charge goes through.

Billing name, address and tax details

Stripe stores billing details for Lovable, and the portal is the only place to change them. From your plan card, select Manage, then Edit billing information, and update the billing name, address and tax details that print on invoices.

Enterprise and iOS purchases

The portal covers Pro and Business subscriptions bought on lovable.dev. Enterprise workspaces billed under a contract do not use it; ask your account team for invoices. Purchases in the iOS app are billed by Apple, which handles those receipts and refunds; they never appear in the Stripe portal. On the Free plan the support form is not available, and help comes from the docs assistant or the Discord community.

Invoice lookup and refunds

The Stripe portal is the lookup for past invoices and receipts. Subscription fees and credits are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If a subscription renewed after you cancelled, or something else looks wrong, contact Lovable support through the support form on a paid plan with your workspace and the charge.

Lovable invoices and credit top-ups together

Between the plan and credit top-ups, a busy month can produce several Lovable charges. Connect the workspace owner's login and our AI agent opens the Stripe portal after each one and downloads the invoice with bill fetching. Add your tax details in the portal first so they print on each, then route the charges to an expense report or your tax file.
