Dashlane has two routes. On a personal plan bought on dashlane.com, open the web app, go to Subscription in the Vault menu and select View receipts. On a professional plan, the admin downloads invoices from Account summary in the Admin Console. Plans bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store are billed by those stores.
Personal plan receipts
- Log in to the Dashlane web app.
- Open the Vault menu at the top left and select Subscription.
- In Billing history, select View receipts.
- Select the download icon, an arrow and a box, to save a receipt. To put billing information on it first, select Add details, then Save and download.
Professional plan invoices
From the Admin Console menu at the top left, open Account summary and select Download in Billing history. The PDF opens with a summary page of all past invoices, followed by a separate page for each renewal or seat purchase. To get the upcoming invoice as a PDF, add a billing contact and select Download invoice. A plan with no organization name cannot download invoices at all. Set it first with Edit company name in Account Summary.
VAT reverse charge and taxes
Dashlane lists any tax it collects on the invoice, based on your address, country, plan and purchase date. A business in the EU or UK that wants the reverse charge enters its VAT number in the Company details section of Account summary, or at checkout under Your payment details. Purchasing seats and updating billing information are not available in Firefox.
Invoice lookup and the billing contact
Billing history is the lookup in both cases. Professional plans have a single billing contact, changed with Edit billing contact. When something is missing, Dashlane support asks for the purchase date, the amount and the email you use to log in.
Dashlane invoices on every seat change
Each seat purchase on a professional plan adds a page to the invoice PDF, which makes the latest download the one worth keeping. Connect the admin account and our AI agent signs in after each renewal or seat purchase and saves the invoice with bill fetching. A personal receipt paid on an employee card can go on an expense report, and the VAT or sales tax is kept for tax season.
