Drop receipts in a OneDrive folder and they come into Smartbills, with your receipts kept in OneDrive too.

Connect OneDrive and choose a folder. Any receipt or invoice dropped in the watched folder is pulled into Smartbills, read and marked as processed, and the receipts in Smartbills are kept in OneDrive in the same folder structure, so your files stay where your team already looks.

• A watched folder for receipts. Save a PDF or a photo to the folder from a phone, a scanner or a desktop, and it is read and filed in Smartbills.
• Your receipts kept in OneDrive. Receipts in Smartbills are copied into OneDrive, in the same folders, so there is a second copy your team can browse.
• Works with shared folders. Point it at your own folder or a SharePoint document library, so the whole team drops receipts in one place.
