Finds the receipts and invoices in your Gmail inbox and brings them into Smartbills, attachments included.

Connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox and Smartbills picks out the emails that are receipts or invoices, reads the email or its attachment, and files each one with its items, taxes and total. Nobody forwards anything.

• Receipts found in the inbox. Order confirmations, e-receipts and supplier invoices are picked out of the mailbox each time it syncs, about every half hour.
• Attachments read too. When the receipt is a PDF or image attached to the email, that file is read and kept with the record.
• Matched to the card charge. Each receipt is matched to the purchase on your card, so it is already attached when you review spending.
