Email the invoice with the PDF attached and a link to pay. Your customer pays by credit card without creating an account, and the payment updates the invoice. If they mail a check instead, you record it against the invoice yourself.

Recurring invoices and reminders

Put a retainer or monthly service on a schedule by choosing how often it repeats, when it starts and when it stops. Reminders go out before and after the due date, and you can add a late fee once the grace period is over.

Yes. Your customer is reminded 7 days and 1 day before the due date and on the due date itself, then 1, 7, 14 and 30 days after it if the invoice is still unpaid.

Yes. Enter the amount, the payment method and a reference, and the invoice updates. If the customer pays only part of it, the invoice is marked partially paid and the balance stays open. You can also issue refunds and credit notes.
